1. How far in advance should we book our wedding flowers?
- We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. This helps us ensure that we have the best selection of flowers and the time needed to bring your vision to life. We often book up 6-12 months in advance. Please send us an inquiry as soon as possible.
2. What is the process for designing wedding flowers?
- Our process starts with an initial inquiry to understand your style, theme, and color palette. Please fill that out on the contact page https://thesweetpeony.com/pages/contact.
After that, we’ll create a customized proposal with design ideas and pricing. Once approved, we’ll move forward with finalizing your arrangements and logistics.
3. Do you offer custom floral designs?
- Yes! We specialize in custom floral designs tailored to your unique vision. Whether you’re looking for traditional, modern, rustic, or something completely unique, we’ll work closely with you to bring it to life.
4. Can you help with floral setup and teardown?
- Absolutely. Our team can handle full setup and teardown of your wedding florals to ensure every detail is flawless. This service includes delivering arrangements, setting up centerpieces, and installing large floral structures.
5. What’s your price range for wedding flowers?
- Every wedding is unique, and pricing varies based on flower choice, complexity, and quantity. However, most of our wedding floral packages range from $2,000 - $10,000. Most of our florals have a range of pricing, this can change due to variation between weddings. We’re happy to create a quote based on your needs and budget.

Boutonnieres $18-30
Corsages $30-35
Bud Vase Centerpiece $15-20

6. Can we see samples or do a mockup before the wedding?
- Yes, we offer mockups for an additional fee if you’d like to see arrangements before the big day. This is a popular option for couples who want extra assurance that everything matches their vision.
7. Do you have a minimum for weddings/events?
- Not at all. Our wedding services are à la carte. You select the floral arrangements and services that you need. We are just as happy to create a bridal bouquet and boutonnière for a small courthouse wedding as we are to assist you with design and décor for 350 guests in a ballroom. It is our honor to be asked to be a part of your big day and we will never tell you that your event is too small for us.
8. What are the payments needed for booking?
- We accept a variety of payment options and offer flexible payment plans for wedding packages. A non-refundable deposit ($100) is required to secure your date, with the balance typically due one month before your wedding.
